Laravel project not loading?

Hello Guys, I want to go to my laravel project
When I write php artisan serv to run at this url 127.0.0.1:8000
Nothing opens How to solve?)

No need to run from console. You already have Openserver installed.
Just go to http:// 127.0.0.1/blog
