Laravel not displaying custom error page?

Laravel

Laravel 5.2. After restarting the server, it stopped showing custom error pages. The default Whoops, something went wrogn.. is also not shown. Instead, a standard gray page is shown.

This page isn't working
site.com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

What can be wrong?

Try /storage/log to set write permissions, I had the same problem yesterday
