Laravel MIX does not watch on CSS files, but JS does, why?

Greetings! Please help, I run watch in laravel and it will only watch JS files, but CSS does not want to. Although, when I save the JS file, it saves both JS and CSS files. Nothing is saved with CSS.
I noticed that there are no chunks in the CSS files when starting the watch. Screenshots of the webpack file and the start of the watch:
