Laravel 8: why bootstrap pagination doesn't switch pages?

Hello. I use Laravel 8 and the bootstrap 4 paginator. Everything is rendered, but for some reason the pages do not change (the selection does not change and the paginator buttons do not switch). When switching to the URL, page=1 changes to page=2, and so on. I noticed in DebagBar that the offset of the sql-query to the table does not change, although it should be shifted. Laravel has just started learning and I will be grateful for the hint
