The essence of the topic is as follows: I transferred my site to a virtual machine under Ubuntu 14.04 OS. I go to the main page of the site - everything is fine, but if I go to any other route - it throws an error 404: "Not Found. The requested URL /login was not found on this server." If you use the URL as follows, then everything will be fine: "site.ru/index.php/login".
What to do, tell me please!)
I read and tried the options that were proposed in the topics: Why doesn't routing work in Laravel? etc., but for some reason it was not possible to change anything.

All figured out. It was necessary to write "sudo a2enmod rewrite" in the server console. And restart Apache.
