Laptop won't turn on when button is pressed?

A laptop was brought in for service. All is well with him. Only bring it for the 2nd time with the same problem. Sometimes it works well and sometimes you press the on button 30 times and only then will it think about turning it on. What could it be? Took it apart and cleaned it, nothing there. Everything is fine.

I took the 4th laptop to a service center under warranty with such symptoms. All laptops are from HP. One changed the button for the other three - the motherboard. So most likely your motherboard glued the Czechs.
