Laptop shuts down after a few seconds turns off and tries to turn on again?

On Windows 10 it boots without problems But Linux turns off a few seconds after the start and tries to turn on again and so on in a circle How to solve the problem ???

Reinstall linux and check hardware compatibility.

Try to register nomodeset at startup, maybe the firewood is crooked.
