Laptop randomly shuts down or freezes, what should I do?
I have an old Samsung laptop (rf510) from 2011 with the following problem: Absolutely randomly freezes or turns off, not only during normal work in Windows, but also when trying to install any Linux distribution from a flash drive ( In Ubuntu it turns off after the purple boot window, in Mint, Elementary, Manjaro - after choosing the option to boot OS from a flash drive). By the way, when installing Windows, everything goes smoothly. There is no overheating - the maximum temperature in loads is ~ 60-70 degrees, at rest ~ 50-55. The laptop works directly from the network, without a battery, so at first I decided that it was the power supply, but after replacing it with a new one, nothing has changed. Memory checked memtest86 - no errors. I don’t even know what to do with it, nothing like this has ever been observed before.

You have something with the drivers, if there are no problems with Windows.
There was a similar problem with a computer and Windows. Some drivers after the update "were not friends" with the motherboard. Switching from 7 to 10 solved the problem. Reinstalling 7, installing old drivers from the site and preventing them from updating also helped.
