Laptop for study and programming?

Good day.
I want to buy myself a budget laptop for programming and study.
The choice fell on Lenovo G580 59-356379.
Main features:
Intel Celeron B830 2x1.80
HDD 500
RAM 8Gb
NVIDIA GeForce 610M(1Gb)
Is this laptop suitable for teaching game programming + simulation

Excellent budget.
Prots late for 5 years - that's nothing, and that it 's stuck in performance in the past decade - it doesn't matter either, the main thing is that there is a cool discrete video card that almost catches up with its budget sister from 2008 . And without it, what are studies and programming?

1/ This processor does not support Turbo Boost, AES, Hyper-Threading, Virtualization VT-d, Quick Sync, Wireless Display, and Clear Video HD features like higher-end Core i models. In addition, some power-saving features have been deactivated, resulting in a shorter battery life for a laptop with this processor compared to the Core i3.
Due to the low clock speed of the CPU, its performance is quite limited.
2/ Is the keyboard and display right for you?
