Language pack error when installing Windows, what should I do?

Good day to all!
When installing any assembly and version of Windows, the following error appears:
"Error installing the language pack"
with the following code:
0x80fe0000
I think there is already an error in the PC itself and its internal part.
What to do? Replace the hard drive or some other part? (I don't understand the hard part well)
Has anyone come across this?

The issue was resolved.
I messed up something, it's already installed.
