How to make a one-pager at once on a Word press? I didn't work with WordPressom, but in principle the site should be on it. Is it possible to make a page as usual, and then use wp to make it the main one?

Install the WP engine, find the starting theme consisting of the main files (header.php, footer.php, function.php), create a page in the admin panel, make it the main page in the reading settings, create a page-id_page.php file in the root of the theme, throw it there header, footer and already there it will be intuitive.
