Landing page anchor links not working with fixed menu in WP?

Hello. I will be grateful for your help. Faced a problem. Anchor links to page blocks from the menu are configured. Fixed menu, Divi theme. The anchors themselves are set correctly. The problem is that when setting up (Appearance-Customize) the page, anchor links work (screen 1-2), but when you simply open the main page (screen 3) without leaving the admin panel, no body movements occur on the page. I am attaching screenshots so that you can see exactly the address bar.
When I turn off the fixed menu, everything works well. But I need a fixed menu, I can't remove it. Previously, I did not encounter such a problem on other sites, and everything worked well
