Lan does not work at a speed of more than 10 MB

Good afternoon, I bought a new GA-B85M-D3H motherboard and the LAN controller in it is Realtek RTL8168/8111 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Adapter (PHY: Realtek RTL8211/8212) only works at a speed of 10 MB with duplex. The cable is normal on the laptop there is no such thing. Installed the latest drivers. What could be the problem?
