L2tp breaks when creating traffic. How to determine the cause?

Good afternoon. The second day I fight on one riddle. There are several gateways on centos 6.7. The ipsec/l2tp +psk server is configured on the gateway. And there is one windows 10 client that connects to these gateways, but cannot download anything through them, when you try to download a 500kb file, the connection breaks. But! an empty text document or a document with several lines sways without problems, you can also ping indefinitely. What I caught with tcpdump on the gateway https://pastebin.com/GtZYN4Ub1.1.1.1 - gateway, 2.2.2.2 - client. at 11:37:09 the connection was established, almost immediately tried to create traffic and at about 11:38:17 the ppp0 interface on the gateway fell. Another interesting thing is that the connection is torn at the beginning of the connection minute. Those. if I try to create traffic at 5:35, the interface will drop at about 6:05. I have all entries in /var/log/xl2tpd.log:
local IP address 11.33.43.1
remote IP address 11.33.43.30
Script /etc/ppp/ip-up started (pid 21951)
Script /etc/ppp/ip-up finished (pid 21951), status = 0x0
Terminating on signal 15
Modem hangup
Connect time 1.1 minutes.
Sent 288270 bytes, received 23039 bytes.
Script /etc/ppp/ip-down started (pid 21999)
Connection terminated.
Script /etc/ppp/ip-down finished (pid 21999), status = 0x0
string Connect time 1.1 minutes. can only be Connect time 2.1 minutes, or Connect time 7.1 minutes (i.e. always Connect time x.1 minutes)
Configured by https://habrahabr.ru/company/FastVPS/blog/205162/, other windows xp clients/ 7/8/10 work fine with these gateways. Plugging only with this windows 10. Disabling avast screens and the brandmauer does not help. Tell me where you can dig?
