Kworker - 100% CPU?

i5 laptop, 4gb ram, ubuntu 12.10.
From time to time, the Kworker process eats CPU resources:
PID USER PR NI VIRT RES SHR S %CPU %MEM TIME+ COMMAND
11325 root 20 0 0 0 0 R 68.2 0.0 11:17.54 kworker/0:0
Previous OS - ubuntu 12.04 - same .
System monitor shows 95% of one of the 4 cores.
In general, it is impossible to work. Eclipse is constantly running, but it is not a pity for resources.
As soon as Kworker climbs into the “top”, the cooler works at full power, butdo takes off.
Everything that is offered on the Internet does not help to stop.
What do you advise?

Since it doesn’t help, we won’t read the solutions, we’ll try to offer our own point-blank.
Let's look at least here about this very kworker. Interrupts are mentioned: just for fun, try booting with the kernel option in this case pci=nomsi.

It's worth looking at the interrupt statistics, it might give you an idea what the problem is.
#cat /proc/interrupts

I've been struggling with this problem for almost a year. Also, one core has always been 100%.
It is strange that I have not seen such a solution anywhere.
