Kubuntu not coming on 16.04, only 15.10?

The update does not come with the latest LTS. I check the box to show all releases - it shows only 15.10, I set it to show only LTS, it does not show anything.

sudo do-release-upgrade

If I'm not mistaken, then the upgrades will be on version 16.04.
