Krakozyabry in C ++ / CLI - how to be?

The program requests data from the site server.
The API sends a response, BUT instead of Russian characters, this comes up:
The server returns the result in UTF8.
As I understand it, the pluses themselves cannot understand the Russian-language answer.
Who knows what to do? Google has suggested a couple of solutions, but WinForms doesn't use them.
