Kohana is evolving further?

It seems like everyone says that the project is no longer being developed, but on the site there is a new version v3.3.3.1 "uluru" stable
Do you know something about this?

That it's just a minor patch. No need to disturb her mortal, long-rotted remains.
Two frameworks are currently alive in this area: Laravel and Yii 2.

Version 3.3.3.1 was released ~ a year ago, after it 3.3.4 was already released: https://github.com/kohana/kohana/releases
Which, by the way, is in no way capable of resurrecting the deceased.
