Koala won't open after reinstall?

I installed Koala version 2.3 but it refused to work properly with . I climbed on the Internet and found a solution to download version 2.1.4 downloaded and it does not open at all. In the task manager, as it were, but in fact there is no in the lower left corner in the bottom panel. And it doesn't load at all.

I spent the whole day installing and reinstalling. It opened, then it didn't. Then it didn't turn on at all. I installed the latest version 2.3 again and renamed the whole path, including "my computer" in English letters, and everything worked.
