Knowledge base for an IT company?

Guys, can you recommend a knowledge base for an IT company? You basically need to shove all your documents, questions and answers, contract templates and all that into one file. If there will be LMS and tickets (while we have otrs) - it will be generally wonderful.
It is desirable not cloudy, and open source, so that you can deploy it at home.
