Kickstarter or IndieGoGo for Central Asia?

Hello everyone, I am a citizen of Uzbekistan, Belarusian origin.
I’ve been working on a project for half a year, I need decent money to implement it,
I decided to use crowdfunding, please advise which one to choose
- Kickstarter (many users, but they say it’s too difficult to apply there)
- Indie Go Go (few users, but adding a project is very easy)
if anyone has come across Or any advice I would be very grateful.
