Key remapping in Arch Linux, how to implement?

I greet everyone! I need to remap the Fn keys on my laptop to something else, such as Ctrl or Down Arrow.
How is it possible to implement this? Thanks in advance!

There will be no kin - Fn does not even get into / dev / input / event0, but is processed by the keyboard hardware.

Fn is not a button, but a key code modifier, so you can't. Sleep can not be reassigned everywhere, maybe at the iron level, look # showkey(everything that doesn’t get there most likely can’t be reassigned)
