Kerio connect (mail server) how to configure setup?

Hello!
I really need help.
Unable to configure kerio connect. mail goes but does not come.
On the hosting, I built the MX record "mail.firma.com" MX 10. mail.firma.com - A -10.10.10.10.
In kerio control: Internet > fairwall > mail services, TCP 80 > Allow > map 10.10.10.1
In kerio control: 10.10.10.1 > internet > mail services, > Allow > nat
In kerio connect created clients.
What else needs to be done or removed? Help me please. Thank you!

The MX record must be for the domain.
An MX record of the form: contoso.com MX 10 mx.contoso.com.
AND A record: mx A 10.10.10.10
