Kali Linux Persistence on Mac? Can anyone share the nuances of installing Kali on USB for Mac?

Good day everyone.
The second night I "fight". ;)
After the first one, I found an adequate guide by sorting through 10 useless ones and still installed Kali on USB for windows / Linux machines. Launched persistence mod . User folders were saved after the reboot
But with Apple, as usual, additional troubles.

And in general, yes - Kali starts, but persistence is not active.
I tried everything. Flash drives were overwritten 20-30 times during these two days.
