There are firmware on the junipera website, juniper writes that the recommended version is 12.3, the latest recommended is 12.3R9, but there are also more recent firmware, tell me who used the newer versions? Is there a reason to put them or not? In particular interested in 14.1X and 13.2X and how do they differ from 12.3?

Approximately in the same place they write that it is best to install the recommended versions, unless there is a need for functionality added in later versions.
Release notes can be found on the official juniper website and are generally quite easy to google.
