Juniper ssg20 how to set up a backup channel?
Hello, friends!
I ran into a Juniper ssg20 piece of iron in a new place and immediately added to the tasks to raise a backup channel (inherited from the previous system administrator). I looked for the manual ( https://kb.juniper.net/InfoCenter/index?page=conte... ) went through all the steps and, following the results of the check, nothing worked.
I did not find anything interesting in the logs at the time the main channel was turned off.
Please tell me who came across:
1. Is this instruction correct?
2. Where could you make a mistake?
Thanks for any help or hints

Hey!
Describe in more detail how you checked the inaccessibility of the primary channel?
In general, Track IP technologies (Cisco has an analogue of IP SLA Track) for a hundred years at lunchtime, I don’t think that they could break something.
And yet, maybe you can install the latest version of ScreenOS for SSG5 / 20?
I still have ssg5ssg20.6.3.0r27.zip and ssg5ssg20.6.2.0r19.0.zip, as well as Loadssg5ssg20v132.d.zip, if necessary, I can share.
