Junior QA at Ubisoft Odessa. Is it worth it?

Good day! The other day, I was invited to the position of a game tester for the Ubisoft company in Odessa. I live in another city. I'm interested, since the reviews are mixed, and with significantly different opinions about working in the company. I understand that the salary is not so hot there, and it doesn’t matter to me in the first couple, but how do they treat employees, are there conditions for professional growth and how are things with career growth in general? I want to find out from experienced people, tell me if it makes sense to move for the sake of this vacancy or is it worth looking for more?

You are naive, like a child. What June goes to his first job for the sake of salary?) Even if you were invited for the most rogue pennies, you need to go to any job, if only there was a career move. In 5 years you will dress up and turn up your nose.
PS: In Yandex, too, juniors / middles have the highest salary, which does not prevent many people from working there, so that later they could trump (in front of those who do not give a damn) with an inscription in the labor.
does it make sense to move for this job?

It makes sense if you have a financial cushion, you want to work, and grow as an employee.
Now it’s very hard to get a job as a junior anywhere except for a regional web studio where you are called to rivet sites that no one needs. Therefore, if you were invited to a large office, there is a chance to gain experience, see how enterprise development works and their tests, corporate culture.
