Junior .Net Developer Resume. What should a student resume look like?

Hello, I want to find a job as a junior .Net Developer, I found, it seems, a good place, I have a resume left. I have never written it before, so I am wondering about the list of skills, what is worth writing, what is not worth writing. The employer's requirements simply state:
• Experience with the .NET platform and C# language
• Knowledge of SQL, experience with databases (MS SQL)
• Willingness to learn and develop with us
So this is the main point of the question:
How complete should the list of skills be? After all, I can’t just write the requirements in the list of skills, they will reject 100%.
