js script to animate 40 elements?

Hello.
Task: there is a block, a section, inside which you need to animate 40 elements, these are shapes drawn with css. You can, of course, through keyframes, as I did, but somehow this mess is not impressive. Please provide a script to do this. Thank you.
PS Perhaps there is some kind of universal script with which you can animate parts of the blocks when scrolling, that is, when an element enters the viewport, it fadeIn.
