js access to iframe of another domain, is it possible?

Yes, I know this is disabled for security reasons. But I guessed that you can turn it off in the browser, but how? According to the examples on the Firefox web browser, changing the prefs.js file did not bring results.

Yesterday I was doing the same all evening (vk api, I had to get the address after the redirect), unfortunately, I did not find how to do this. Even more likely, it cannot be done at all.
Here they say how to disable it in chrome, but I did not manage to check the performance of this. If you succeed, sign up.
