jQuery UI Droppable and twitter bootstrap, not draggable due to class?

Good evening!
I want to drag and drop elements from one tab to another, I did everything and when I try to adapt to twitter bootstrap I encounter a problem for some reason when an element with tabs has the .nav-tabs class, it doesn’t want to be the receiving element, but without it everything works great , but again the design is not the same.
I ask for your help experts in css and jQuery.
My work is here: jsfiddle.net/enchikiben/J48NT

Thanks!

It is logical to assume that it is not the class that is to blame, but the styles themselves. Well, maybe that's what you meant. The float:left of li is to blame .
