Joomla site not working. How to fix?

They gave a site on Joomla (I don’t know how to see the version - one of 3 ...). On OpenServer, there is php 5.4 apache2.2 - it started, it works, but instead of entering the admin panel, it transfers to the main one (jos_secure is not worth it - I checked it in the extension). But the front itself works. I put on the server - PHP 7, the site issues 404 for all links. does not work. In the server logs everything is ok.
If the case is that this is some kind of old version of Joomla that does not work with PHP7, then how to enter the admin panel on OpenServer?

Look in .htaccess for the path to the directive: RewriteBase
Try to start installing a new version of Joomla on hosting with PHP7 - this will give you the opportunity to check the hosting settings: how everything will be correct (there will be no hosting settings errors) - stop the installation immediately.
