Site on Jomla 3.6.4, in images there are a lot of folders and files in Cyrillic. Yesterday everything worked, the media manager saw everything, but today he decided not to show the Cyrillic alphabet (more precisely, he sees it as a folder without a name, and nothing can be done with it).
