Join in Gino async bot?

There is such a question, I can’t find the answer to it in the Gino documentation. Can I, and if I can, how can I add, for example, I have a cell of relatives, first I added my grandmother there, and then I need to add dad, mom, and after a while remove my grandmother and unload all those left in this cell?
