Jira. How to set up automatic logging of working hours?

Good afternoon.
Please help me to solve the following problem.
It is necessary to automatically log the working time spent on the task.
In this case, it is necessary to:
- take into account the time separately for each assignee
- take into account the time separately for each status
- take into account only working hours (working week Mon-Fri, 8 hours)
- take into account overtime work on the task
If there is no access directly to the database.
Given:
- JIRA onDemand
- JIRA Agile
- jira misc workflow extensions
- EazyBi Reports
- Methodology: Kanban
- workflow includes the following main steps: Analysis - Development - Testing - Documentation
- Several people are working on the same task along the pipeline (we change the assignee): Analyst, Developer, Tester, Technical writer
Thus:
- We must count the number of working hours in a certain transition status
- Take into account the transition assignee
What has been tried so far:
Since EazyBi can count days in transition status in the transition assignee section, we can build the following report:
bd37e9143b9048a0ab038708502deef2.png
Since EazyBI considers days in transition status quite primitive ("end date" - "start date"), we set the length of the day in the formula = 8 hours.
To account for overtime, you can add time spent to this report, which developers note manually.
But, the question, taking into account non-working days and days off, remained open.
In my opinion, this task would be more correct to solve using the standard Jira mechanism - time tracking, where you can set the working week and the number of working hours per day, and automatically log the time using the post functions of the workflow toolbox plugin.
But, unfortunately, this plugin is not available for the onDemand version.
Maybe one of you has come across a solution to a similar case?
Thanks in advance for your help in solving the problem.
