Jenkins and Mattermost integration?

Colleagues, hello!

Probably, this question should be divided into two, but still I will try to pack it into one:

1) There is a task to offer a normal report tool for the test framework (we are currently using StoryReporter from JBehave). There are thoughts towards Allure.

2) Offer the integration of Jenkins and Mattermost, in order, roughly speaking, to send the results of the run (the same link to the Allure report) to one of the Mattermost channels. Here there are no thoughts about the plugin yet.

I would appreciate any advice.
