JavaFX - What are the libraries for building graphs?

The task is to build a network equipment connection, there are a lot of them (more than 3000).
More specifically, there are a bunch of switches, they are plugged into ports to each other, and each port must be designated as a link, respectively, due to the amount of equipment, the library must support such a number.
I saw a lot of interesting decisions on swing.
