JavaCV how to connect to public ip camera?

Hello!
There is such an application "IP Camera Viewer", in it I enter the IP address of the camera, specify the port and, if necessary, then the login and password. Further, the program itself connects to this camera. How can I connect to the camera through my java application. I'm using JavaCV library version 1.5.3
