Javac.exe works but java.exe doesn't?

Installed JDK. "PATH" and "JAVA_HOME" did too.
Everything works except "java.exe", "javaw.exe" and "javaws.exe".

Because of this, in my computer, different IDEs compile the file, but do not show it.

"JAVA_HOME" - does it indicate JDK or JRE?
The screenshot didn't seem to connect.
