Java server without recompilation with autoloading changes?

Good day.
Learned to work on Intellij Idea Ultimate, while learning the license was free. And it's time to use the Idea community, seeing all the disadvantages to use in comparison with the ultimate.
I began to look for ways to solve the pirate is not suitable, and paying for a non-specialist is expensive.
