Java from scratch in a few hours. Advise what to read?

The non-IT wife decided to study programming. I want to give her a link to an article, or a very short book that briefly describes basic things like loops, working with files, etc., to see how it goes. Who can advise? And then it’s too early for her on the stackoverflow.

Oh, she will abandon this business ... We must start with something visual and simple. I would give html + javascript, and then, if things go well, I would translate to Java through the same servlets.
And in essence the question: www.headfirstlabs.com/books/hfjava They explain in simple language with pictures and practical examples. True, there is no strict correctness and ideology there.

For Java, you need a database and Swing (GUI) at least.
. Do you want to send your wife to program in Java later? This is a hyper-utopia in your case.

Fine J. - Java Programming for Children, Parents and Grandparents.
I haven't read it myself so I don't know about the quality of the content.

I wouldn't recommend Java either. There goes immediately OOP. In Fine Ya, it is very crookedly explained, albeit with pictures. Give her something from the web, it's more fun in the beginning.
