Java, errors during decompilation. Save somebody?

First of all I want to write:
I have only 3 of these errors
The first is: File "runtime\decompile.py", line 60 in decompile
commands.checkupdate()
Second: File: "runtime\commands.py" line 1014 in checkupdates
md5_file = md5(fh.read()).hexdigest()
Third: IOError: [Errno 13] Permission denied
I already ran as administrator, but nothing changed with error 3.
