Java. Cost of licenses for the project?

Good afternoon,

Please share information regarding the cost of Oracle products for the development and launch of a project in Java EE.

In particular, the following questions are of interest:

1. Do I have to pay something to Orcale if I want to use their JVM on production servers?
2. Should I pay for the JDK?
3. For which components or subsystems that are directly related to the launch of a Java project in production, Oracle or other one way or another related organizations, can I be charged?
4. Are there any other implicit costs associated with certifications / licenses, etc.?

3 & 4. Large corporations usually prefer paid application servers with support, which costs a lot of money. From a purely technological point of view, a free version of the same JBOSSa is enough
