I'm looking for a toad for Android with OTR or PGP support.
It is desirable with the Russian language, as well as with encrypted storage of history.
It would be great if the client opened with a password.

Xabber supports OTR encryption.
ChatSecure also supports, but the application itself is somewhat unstable (according to my observations).
