When you try to go to any GitHub page, it first takes a long time to load, and then produces brutal html without any styles. At the same time, the site is pulled / pushed / pinged without problems. Some time ago, a similar problem was with Habr. Has anyone had this and, if so, what did they do?

set google-dns's in the settings of the router (network card) as recommended:
8.8.8.8
8.8.8.4

Yes, there is such a problem. Won by installing Google DNS addresses.
It can be in the network connection settings, it can also be in the router settings.
Correct IPv4 DNS addresses 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
