ISPmanager Let's encrypt has been in progress for 8 hours, why?

There are 12 domains in the panel.
And only one doesn't want to receive an SSL certificate from Let'sEncrypt I
thought I was being dumb and pushing the wrong button... but no, other domains get a certificate in 8-10 minutes.
Please tell me where to look?
The domain (and the site) itself is no different from the others, the engine is the same, added to the panel in the same way, in short it is the same as everyone else, but the certificate does not work.
Please help, any clues...

Update the isp panel. It's easy to google about. And in the light version through the tab about the panel is done. I had an error parsing the response in the letsencrypt logs.
