Is Ubuntu stuck or is it just taking so long to install?

Decided to install Ubuntu. Downloaded the latest from the official site. I burned the image to a USB flash drive and started the installation. It has been showing like this for an hour already (a black screen, the inscription UBUNTU and five dots below them - three of them are white, and two are orange. Is it frozen or just have to wait?
