Is UA spoofing enough to test CSS in different browsers?

I want to test position:sticky. Based on Caniuse - this is supported by all browsers except Edge/IE.
If I change the user agent on my work machine (Ubuntu) to Edge, will this CSS stop working? I want to test the application in such a browser.

@Sanasol

how do you want to change the line in the config to make the browser work differently?
UA has nothing to do with it at all. You can write anything there, like on a fence.
