Is this the correct file structure?

I sent this is the location of the files to timforest and received a letter no. And it's not clear why. It seems that everything was done according to this instruction here https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/2...
I would like to understand what is the mistake in compiling the file structure or in the design itself?
