Is this spam a bluff?

Here comes the spam.

Hello!
My nickname in darknet is kiK0k0zz.
This mailbox was hacked more than seven months ago,
through it, your operating system was infected with a virus (trojan) created by me and you have been monitored by myself for a long time.
You may not belive me, so please check 'from address' in your header, you will see that this email was sent from your very own mailbox. (****@ukr.net)

He extorts $500 in bitcoins. Virus not found. It works neatly, a search on the Internet turned up a single copy of such a letter. On his domain kik0k0.world naked Plesk. My mail has been seen in six login-password leaks and two lists of unknown origin, so it's not surprising that they spam. Complaints to the hoster and the registrar have already gone.
The question is: how likely is it that this man is not lying and really hacked everything?

It was cooler for me: I received an email with all my passwords ... from qiwi, yandex wallet, google accaunt, webmoney and this despite the fact that I never stored a single password on my computer .. and all the passwords were generated ... and printed out and immediately deleted from the computer
. Even two credit cards had pins ... believe it or not.
I turned to the KNB in the cyber security department ... and that's it
